Meet Oluwatosin Olajumoke Arodudu also known as OOA

Oluwatosin Olajumoke Arodudu (OOA) is a publisher, identity coach, and leadership consultant—a Kingdom builder carrying an apostolic mandate to establish people, systems, and communities in divine order and purpose. She is the Founder and Principal Functionary of Tiphereth Kingdom Network, an apostolic movement raised to restore radiance, heal identity fractures, and equip women to build and influence with clarity, integrity, and spiritual authority.
Oluwatosin carries a grace marked by excellence, structure, and compassion. Her apostolic mandate focuses on building foundations, establishing order, developing leaders, and sending people into assignment. Her work is deeply rooted in Scripture, accountability, and Kingdom governance.

Her journey in ministry began early. Raised in a strong church environment, Tosin started teaching and ministering from the age of seven, particularly through biblical drama and scriptural exposition. Those formative years laid the foundation for her love of the Word, her clarity in teaching, and her sensitivity to the Spirit of God. Over the years, her gifts have been refined through submission to spiritual leadership, service in the local church, and consistent personal formation. She believes that the local church is God’s primary instrument for discipleship, formation and Kingdom advancement.

She is the Founder of Hadar Creations LLC, a publishing, identity, and leadership consulting company operating across the United States and Nigeria. Through Hadar Creations, she has helped authors, leaders, and organizations birth books, build clarity, and steward their messages with excellence. As a multi-published author, Oluwatosin is especially passionate about writing as a sacred call and a generational tool for transformation. Her teachings and writings emphasize truth, spiritual integrity, and longevity.

She also leads the Divine Identity Visionaries Academy (DIVA), a learning and coaching platform designed to help individuals rediscover identity, heal from dysfunctionality, and align purpose with God’s original design. Her work in identity formation has impacted leaders, creatives, ministers, and professionals navigating calling, leadership, and personal transformation. Tiphereth Kingdom Network was birthed from her burden to see women not only encounter God prophetically but also become healed, whole, established, governed, and sent. Under her leadership, Tiphereth functions as more than a conference—it is an apostolic network focused on formation before function, healing before sending, and structure before expansion.

Oluwatosin is known for her ability to translate divine revelation into clear, practical wisdom that transforms lives without manipulation or hype. Her voice carries both tenderness and authority, calling people into truth, maturity, and obedience. She teaches that identity precedes assignment, healing sustains influence, and apostolic order protects destiny.

Oluwatosin is married to Dr. Oludunsin Arodudu, a Kingdom-minded leader whose love, covering, partnership and support have strengthened her life, calling, and leadership assignment. Together, they are blessed with two children.

Oluwatosin leads according to God’s leading, balancing family, ministry, and leadership with grace and intentionality. She believes deeply in generational legacy and is committed to building structures that will outlive her and continue to serve the purposes of God.
